My Story
As a leader in business development and strategic planning, Kinetra Washington leverages 20 years of experience building high performing teams and corporate relationships. Her ability to connect with individuals on any level, from all backgrounds, has attributed to her success in many areas of her life. She believes implementing strategies to empower internal customers first directly impacts an increase in market share and positive visibility for any organization. Kinetra currently serves as a business development leader for the world’s largest leading provider of secure English tests headquartered in the United Kingdom.
Kinetra is a thought leader who boldly moves her ideas forward, hence the founding of her recent business venture, “The Momtivity Lounge, LLC." She is also Vice President of Washington Design & Construction, a licensed realtor and real estate investor. Although the groundwork to formalize The Momtivity Lounge started during the pandemic by way of virtual platforms, it was launched officially in March of 2022. It is a global mom community that was curated for women in all stages of motherhood to have candid conversations, transparency without judgment and applicable resources. In this endeavor, she discovered her innate desire to increase clarity and joy for moms as they raise healthy, productive and resilient children. Connectivity is accomplished through the blog, targeted podcast and private social media platforms, all of which are growing intentionally with moms seeking more. Kinetra has had the opportunity to share her passion for motherhood by facilitating panel discussions and serving as a panelist for many mom-centered organizations. She works to provide relevant content for her community by connecting with key people and organizations. She has since welcomed over 500 moms in less than a year to share tools and effective strategies in navigating motherhood.
