My Story
I’ve been devouring books and writing stories for as long as I can remember.

By about age 10, I got my hands on my mother’s copy of “To Kill a Mockingbird” and her collection of “Reader’s Digest Condensed Books” anthologies. Even before that, I was turning the stories churning in my imagination into written adventures.

It was no surprise that as a child, I had my eye on a career as a “writer.” However, as I grew older, I realized the vision I’d had of myself as a novelist didn’t quite feel right.

See, novels provided (and still do!) great adventure, but as I grew older I met more people, saw more of the world and experienced life a bit more. I realized the greatest stories the world has to offer are the ones we are living every day. I began looking at careers that let me tell the true stories of the people and places around us.
I spent 10 years in journalism and public relations, telling the stories of the people who live around us, the cities where we live, and the communities that support us.

Now, I want to help you tell your story. Small business owners are in their communities every day, serving with passion and purpose. When you are able to tell your story in a compelling way, you can build strong relationships with your customers that will last for years to come.
