The firm has underwritten and closed loans under the HUD Section 221(d)(4) New Construction Program, the HUD Section 223(f) Refinance/Affordable Program, and the HUD Section 223(a)(7) Streamline Refinance Program. Lay Commercial Mortgage Company has been successful over the last twenty-three years by developing a close working relationship with HUD, and our clients. Each loan application is managed with a hands-on approach to expedite loan processing, and to obtain a firm commitment from HUD in a timely manner.
